I’m Mursal, founder of Marsil Beauty & Aesthetics. My journey started over a decade ago from a genuine passion for Beauty & Aesthetics, and fuelled by my own personal experience with acne as a teenager. This led to my passion to help women feel confident and radiant in their own skin. For over 10 years in the beauty industry, refining my services, I felt inspired to create a calm and relaxing space where each treatment is backed with expertise.
Marsil Beauty & Aesthetics opened in the heart of Watford in November 2025. I specialise in advance skin therapies, injectables, eye treatments and many more. Whether you’re seeking rejuvenating facials, anti-wrinkle, brow sculpting and microblading every treatment is designed to refresh, enhance and define your natural beauty.

Have been going to Marsil for over 10 years. Would never go anywhere else, is magic with brows just knows what will suit your face, you never have to double check! Recently had facial and it was the best facial I have ever had. Would recommend her again and again x

This is a newly opened beauty studio. The aesthetics and ambiance is clean, sleek, bright and relaxing! As soon as you enter you are greeted with a calming atmosphere of flickering candles, a relaxing heated therapy bed and offered a cozy blanket ( a small bowl of chocolates too for a quick sugar fix) Totally private as it is appointment based.
I had such a lovely experience with my microneedling treatment! Marsil was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease from the start. The treatment itself was amazing, the cold mask felt so soothing, and the cooling globes massage was honestly heavenly… I nearly fell asleep!
